چکیده

The article presents the results of long-term studies physiological processes and oxidative stress occurring in wheat plants under influence phytopathogens, mineral fertilizers fungicides. criteria for damaging effect are activity enzyme nitrate reductase concentration TBK-active products. Normally, a mobile balance is maintained between lipid peroxidation antioxidant system cell protection. However, stressful conditions, ROS content cells increases rapidly develops. resistance to many environmental factors determined by ability plant maintain consistent course processes, without causing their significant disruption stress. relationship LPO was observed all varieties. It found that varieties reacted differently doses fertilizers. A high negative correlation r = -83 established POL NRA processes. Many pesticides have additional effects on addition main target effect. Fungicides from triazole class (Byleton, Tilt, Fundazole) were studied. All them showed properties. strongest fungicide Tilt (propiconazole). obtained us, regarding close NRA, allow us use fungicides increase various factors, activate cells, productivity. They, as chemical immunizers, able simultaneously restrain development diseases affect biochemical mechanisms organisms phytopathogens other factors.

Evolution of physiological responses to salt stress in hexaploid wheat.

Hexaploid bread wheat (Triticum aestivum L., genome BBAADD) is generally more salt tolerant than its tetraploid wheat progenitor (Triticum turgidum L.). However, little is known about the physiological basis of this trait or about the relative contributions of allohexaploidization and subsequent evolutionary genetic changes on the trait development. Here, we compared the salt tolerance of a syn...

The effect of microbial inoculants on physiological responses of two wheat cultivars under salt stress

Salinity is one of the most important abiotic stresses that limit crop growth and productivity. This study focuses on the effects of different strains of plant growth promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) on the physiological responses of two wheat cultivars under normal and salt stress conditions. The wheat cultivars selected include one which is tolerant to salinity (Kavir) and one which is sensitiv...
